To streamline the registration process and minimize your time and personal expense please take the following steps prior to your appointment:

• Please come to your appointment with your insurance card and a photo ID.
• Find out if your insurance policy or plan requires a preauthorization or referral.
• If so, contact your insurance company and find out what you must do to obtain one. In most cases, our patient account specialists are able to obtain this authorization on your behalf.

InHealth Imaging is an approved provider for most major insurance carriers and health plans. We will submit your claim, and any secondary claims to any insurance company under the benefit coverage you specify including; workers compensation, auto insurance, and personal injury.

Ultimately, the patient is responsible for payment, including any balance not covered by insurance. We will send you a balance statement for any amount you owe after insurance.

InHealth Imaging also offers a “cash pay” discount for patients that don't have insurance and pay at the time of service. In addition to private insurance, we accept TRICARE, Medicare, Medicaid and DSHS.

Most commercial insurances and Medicare have a lower contractual fee with InHealth Imaging when compared to Seattle or other regional facilities, which benefits patients who have not met their deductible and helps with the patient responsible portion of the fee.
