Men age 45-65
Women age 55-75
If the following conditions exist it is useful for men age 35 and older and women age 45 and older to consider the exam:
Family History of Heart Attack
Elevated LDL cholesterol
Low HDL cholesterol
Tobacco Use
Hypertension (high blood pressure)
Obesity/Physical Inactivity
Diabetes Mellitus
